The phase decomposition of hypothetic A–B–C alloys was analyzed using the phase-field method based on numerical solution Cahn–Hilliard equation. effect interaction parameters growth kinetics also studied. results indicated that driving force fastest if all three were equal, promoting quickest ternary alloy. occurred spinodally and caused formation phases, A-rich, B-rich, C-rich. In this case, spinodal curve formed an isolated island. If one or two are equal to zero, is slower. This condition originated only decomposed phases with chemical composition either element elements depending parameters. Likewise, not completely located within isothermal section.
